To ensure efficient and sustainable implementation, TAPSEC is supervised and strategically guided by a Steering Committee comprising eminent professionals representing donor, partner and stakeholder agencies.

The Steering Committee monitors the implementation of the TAPSEC, receives and reviews programme reports, and provides policy and strategic direction towards programme implementation and efficiency.

TAPSEC’s Steering Committee is co-chaired by representatives of the CARIFORUM Directorate and EU Delegation in Barbados, and comprises representatives from the following organisations:
